This complexes is designed to provide a multifaceted environment to support the training and operational needs of the police force, offering state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure to ensure the highest standards of training and service.

Role and Responsibilities

Acted as lead architectural authority during Design Development and Building Permit phases for a major institutional campus, ensuring translation of concept vision into coordinated, buildable design solutions.
Led multidisciplinary coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, and specialist disciplines, resolving technical challenges and maintaining alignment between design intent and regulatory requirements.
Directed architectural refinement including spatial planning optimization, façade articulation, and functional organization to support operational performance.
Supported authority approval strategy by aligning design solutions with UAE regulatory frameworks and submission requirements.
Balanced architectural ambition with constructability, programme milestones, and technical feasibility to deliver a coherent permit-ready design.
